Reder van Rooyen – Investment Analyst
BSc (Hons) Financial Engineering, with distinction
Reder joined the Dynasty team in May 2021 fulfilling the role of investment analyst. Some of his responsibilities include investment and fund manager research, analysing prospective client portfolios and assisting with other family and estate planning activities.
Previously Reder consulted in the banking industry, applying his quantitative finance background primarily in capital modelling and risk management. During this time he gained experience working with different trading desks and financial instruments.
In 2021 Reder also submitted his dissertation for the Master of Science degree in Financial Engineering, done through the University of Pretoria.
