Kathryn van Dongen

Kathryn (Kath) was appointed to the Dynasty board concurrent with Carmel Wealth’s acquisition of a strategic shareholding in the company in December 2025.

She serves as Chief Operations Officer at Carmel Wealth and, in her capacity as a director of Dynasty, coordinates and manages a broad range of support services that have been made available by the Carmel ecosystem.

Within Carmel, Kath is responsible for formulating and driving the Group’s expansion strategies and business operations.

Prior to joining Carmel in 2024, Kath gained extensive experience scaling top-tier wealth management businesses and serving as a strategic business partner.
